My Practice

My psychodynamic practice addresses a wide range of issues, often revealing complex connections between behavior, relationships, values, desires, and early life experiences. Such work may allow you to explore how elements of your own life intertwine and influence one another.

My practice aims to provide you with a space where you can bring whatever you wish to an online session. Sessions are yours to direct, with myself following your lead. I will listen to what you bring, engaging with your life and words with curiosity. We may at times pause to examine what is brought to the space, by thinking about the more abstract and emotional undercurrents, in order to collaboratively come closer to an understanding regarding what your pain is made of.

I aim to provide a space free of judgment and shame.

Examples of areas I often cover include:

Anxiety

Depression

Bereavement

Relationship issues

Self-harm

Neurodiversity

Self-esteem

OCD

Gender and sexual identity (LGBTQ+ and affirmative understandings)

Intergenerational trauma

Body dysmorphia
